WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

To book a session please call or message us

All new IV therapy patients are required to meet one time via telehealth with our nurse practitioner per state guidelines. There is no additional cost for this visit, and after the first visit, a nurse can complete the treatment without a visit with the nurse practitioner.

Medical weight loss patients can schedule a free consultation to see if our services fit with their goals. If you do decide to proceed we would set up a visit to discuss a treatment plan, or if time allows we can switch this to a treatment visit if you decide you want to get started. 

I DON’T HAVE MY INSURANCE CARD WITH ME, CAN I STILL RECEIVE TREATMENT?

Yes! We are a cash/ credit based service and do not accept insurance. We believe that you should be in charge of your healthcare and insurance companies shouldn't direct the care you receive. Many services are considered off label and insurance companies wouldn't pay for them. Submitting to insurance not only would require more staff and higher costs being passed to patients, it would also limit the services we could offer to patients. 

Is payment required before the appointment?

Yes, payment is required before medications can be mixed for IV treatments or before medications for the medical weight loss program can be ordered. For our medical weight loss services the medications and visits are packaged together.

For telehealth sick visits payment upfront is preferred, but we understand emergencies happen and you may not be able to pay the whole visit upfront.
